• Only unopened and sealed items in their original packaging will be accepted for return. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

• Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
